TCPC Bylaws (Article III, Section 2) call for an annual meeting, in June, of the membership and an annual meeting of the Board of Directors.  Voting at this meeting is limited to current paid or lifetime members of TCPC.  Items on the agenda for this meeting include:

• Election of the Board of Directors for the next fiscal year
• Report on the organization's finances for the current fiscal year to date by the Treasurer
• Discussion of topics and answers to questions posed by the membership

TCPC Bylaws (Article IV, Section 3) call for an annual meeting of the Board of Directors which will occur at this month's meeting..  The primary topic for this meeting will be election of officers for the 2026-2027 year.

Something Special:  TCPC has been awarded two $25 Amazon Gift Certificates by APCUG which will be awarded through a drawing at this meeting.  Eligibility for participating in this drawing will be limited to current and past paid members of TCPC who are present at the time of the drawing.

As time allows, we may have an additional presentation of a current topic.

Come to this month’s meetings with ideas you would like to see addressed at next year’s meetings and think of ways that you can contribute to your club. Ways to contribute include  giving presentations or recruiting others to give presentations, and writing articles or short tips to include in the Digital Viking newsletter. There will also be a drawing for each of two gift cards, so if you are a TC/PC member you will not want to miss that.! But wait, there’s more. We will also be watching a webinar on the engineering logistics and state-of=the art machinery and robotics that go into how warehouses get that product from order to final shipping to you.
